Transient ischemia affects expression profile of DJ-1, PINK1, and a-Syn at 8 h of reperfusion. 20 mg of protein from each samples were run on the gel for 90 mins at 20 mA. The proteins on the gel were then transferred to a PVDF membrane, they were then incubated with primary antibodies at 1:1000 dilution for 20 h at 41C. The blots were developed using Chromogenic detection method.
